Our genealogical and legal services
What would you like to know about Grafton?
Let's chatWe may have contacted you because you could be entitled to a share of an unclaimed estate. This means there are strong grounds for thinking you have a legitimate claim. Our established reputation in successfully tracing beneficiaries for many years has earned us the trust and respect of the legal profession.
We only contact potential beneficiaries after identifying an unclaimed estate or asset in which we believe they may be entitled to a share. We will not ask you to undertake any work or incur any expenses to prove your entitlement. You will only need to pay us the agreed fee if and when you receive a share of the estate. We are confident in our ability to prove your entitlement, and we would not waste your time or ours if we were not.
If you are agreeable to proceed simply sign the attached paperwork and return it to us in the enclosed SAE, nothing else is required at this stage. On receipt of this we will submit a fully documented report on your behalf in order to establish your entitlement. If you have any questions at all, please call us on 0208 875 1230
We understand that you're eager to receive your inheritance, but it's difficult to predict exactly when you'll receive it. On average, it takes about a year from the time we first contact you to the time when the estate can be distributed. However, this can vary depending on the complexity of the estate and other factors. Rest assured that we will keep you informed of our progress, and you are welcome to contact us for updates at any time.
